Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie – Duck Section who has a deep understanding of peking duck preparation and cooking techniques.
The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a commitment to excellence, and a dedication to providing outstanding culinary experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook a variety of duck dishes to the highest standards especially Peking Duck.
– Ensure the freshness and quality of all seafood ingredients
– Develop and innovate new duck recipes and menu items
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
– Adhere to all health and safety regulations
– Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Duck Chef or similar role
– Strong knowledge of Peking duck preparation and cooking techniques
– Ability to create and innovate duck dishes
– Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
